About this treatment

The CryoPen is a device using high-pressure nitrous oxide to freeze (-27 degrees) and destroy unwanted benign tissue as seen above. The rapid freezing process causes the water inside the targeted cells to form ice crystals, disrupting the cell structure and leading to cell death, called cryonecrosis. There are several methods used, none that are as precise as this device.
